B2B Export Sales & Lead Generation Specialist We are an India-based merchant export business looking for an experienced B2B sales and lead generation professional who can help us develop genuine business connections with importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery retailers, restaurants and other relevant buyers. We work with established manufacturers and suppliers in India and can offer a range of products suitable for international markets. Your Responsibilities: Identify genuine and relevant B2B buyers/importers. Research supermarkets, grocery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, importers and other potential buyers. Find the appropriate purchasing/procurement/business development contact. Introduce our company and products to relevant buyers. Generate qualified business leads and arrange introductions/meetings where possible. Maintain a record of contacted companies and responses. Help develop long-term B2B buyer relationships. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation or international business development. Experience working with buyers is preferred. Experience in import/export, FMCG, grocery, textiles, bedding, home products or similar industries is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Ability to identify genuine decision-makers rather than providing generic company lists. Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting is preferred. Important: We are looking for genuine business development and buyer introduction, not just a large database of random contacts. Our objective is to establish long-term business relationships with genuine buyers. We are open to discussing a performance-based compensation structure, with the exact payment arrangement to be mutually agreed upon through the Upwork contract.
