B2B Outbound Specialist (Cold Email & LinkedIn) - Lead Generation Project

We are looking for a B2B Outbound Specialist to build and optimize our cold prospecting engine across email and LinkedIn. The main objective is to generate predictable, qualified sales meetings (SQLs) with our target ICP. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Technical Setup: Complete configuration of secondary sending domains and email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, and automated warm-up protocols to maintain high deliverability). - Lead Sourcing & Verification: Build high-precision lead lists strictly aligned with our ICP using Apollo/Sales Navigator, followed by rigorous multi-step email verification. - Cold Copywriting: Write short, direct, and conversational sequences focused on opening dialogues and booking calls (no generic corporate fluff or long feature dumps). - Optimization: Run ongoing A/B tests across subject lines, value propositions, and calls-to-action. Handle initial replies and objection handling to maximize calendar bookings. Requirements: - Proven, hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or Lemlist. - Strong understanding of current (2026) inbox deliverability standards for Google Workspace and Outlook. - Track record of maintaining high reply rates and generating qualified B2B pipeline. - Autonomous, data-driven approach with clean reporting.
