BCBA Clinical Director - In-Home ABA Services (Los Angeles, CA)

We provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families across the Greater Los Angeles area and are building out our clinical leadership team. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director, anchoring our clinical program and payer relationships. Core responsibilities: - Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including in-person supervision for home-based cases - Own treatment plan development, clinical quality, and outcomes across our caseload - Lead or support payer credentialing and contracting (Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield, Medi-Cal/LA Care, etc.) - or work alongside a dedicated credentialing specialist if that's not your focus area - Help shape clinical policies, training, and compliance as we grow What we're looking for: - Active BCBA certification, licensed in California - Prior experience in an ABA agency setting (not solely solo/private practice), ideally including RBT supervision - Comfortable with in-person supervision for a home-based caseload in the LA area - Experience with insurance credentialing/payer relationships is a strong plus, not required - Looking for a committed, ongoing engagement - not a one-off project This is a part-time engagement to start (roughly 10-15 hours/week), with room to grow into a larger role as our caseload expands. Rate is open and negotiable based on experience.
