UC Berkeley Architect Grad or Student - Japanese Bathroom Addition

I want to add a Japanese style bathroom to a modest home in Sonoma. I need someone to draw plans for submission to the City of Sonoma and be ready to make City requested changes. I will be acting as the general contractor. I will pay you for a couple of site visits. I need everything the City will request. You should be expert using CAD programs and familiar with what cities generally want eg site plan, floor plan, foundation plan, elevations of exterior walls, heating plumbing electrical plan, Title 24 compliance, and structural report. Some of these you will prepare. In other cases you will need to work with eg structural engineer to make changes to our design. 2 recent references would be nice.
