Brand Strategist for Hospitality Brand

I'm looking for someone creative who can help me put a name and identity to something I'm really excited about building. I have a growing vacation rental/hosting business and a pretty strong idea of how I want people to feel when they interact with the brand — I just need the right person to help bring it all together. I want it to feel warm, welcoming, elevated and personal, with a strong sense of hospitality. I don't want it to feel corporate or like every other vacation rental/property management company out there. I'm looking for help with the business name, tagline, brand direction and logo, while also thinking about SEO, marketing and where the business could grow in the future. Most importantly, I want to work with someone who will listen, understand the vision, and collaborate with me rather than just hand me a logo and call it done.
