Buyer intent data - AudienceLab or similar

My firm sells outsourced commercial real estate underwriting and analyst services. Basically anything you would have an inhouse analyst or underwriter do, can be outsourced to us. Our ICP is: - Small lean teams that don't have the capacity to do it in house - Start ups that don't have the demand yet to do this in house - Teams that aren't the most experienced when it comes to underwriting and more complex capital stacks / more complex transactions overall I want buyer intent data that I can use for: - Email marketing outreach - LinkedIn outreach - Cold call outreach Please submit a proposal with: - The relevant buyer intent signals you could procure - Roughly how much data for each signal you could provide - The cost of each I don't want a general list that claude, perplexity or gpt produces. I want data with true high intent signals directly relevant to my ICP and the products that I sell.
