CEO Decision Intelligence Platform

We seek an experienced data, analytics and generative AI consulting team to build a secure CEO dashboard based on a “second brain” concept. The platform must combine trusted structured data from core enterprise systems with knowledge contained in documents, presentations and spreadsheets. It must help the CEO understand what is happening, why it is happening, what requires attention and which actions should follow. The expected product is not a collection of static reports or an unrestricted chatbot. It is a governed decision-support platform with traceable data, role-based access, executive dashboards, conversational analysis, document intelligence, alerts, scenario analysis, meeting preparation and action tracking. Every important answer must identify its source, reporting period and data freshness, and distinguish fact from AI-generated interpretation or recommendation. • One executive view. Create a consolidated view of financial, commercial, operational, people, customer, risk and strategic performance across entities and geographies. • Trusted answers. Allow executives to ask natural-language questions and receive concise, source-cited answers based only on authorised enterprise information. • Earlier intervention. Detect material deviations, emerging risks, missed milestones, abnormal trends and conflicting information before they become executive surprises. • Decision memory. Retain approved decisions, assumptions, meeting notes, commitments, owners and due dates so the organisation does not repeatedly rediscover context. • Reduced preparation time. Automate CEO packs, board and executive meeting briefs, monthly business reviews and follow-up summaries. • Action orientation. Convert insight into tracked actions with owners, dates, escalation rules and status visibility. Do not submit a generic AI or dashboard proposal. Explain how your design will produce accurate, permission-aware and source-traceable executive insight from both enterprise systems and documents. State all assumptions, exclusions, licences and recurring costs. Any proposed autonomous action must be separately identified and must include a human approval control.
