CFR Credit Management Platform Developer

We are a Canadian electrical engineering and EV charging company seeking a developer to build a web-based platform for managing Clean Fuel Regulation (CFR) credits generated from EV charging in Canada. The initial focus is not a full EV charging management system but a CFR platform that can collect charging data from multiple EV charger networks via API, CSV, or Excel, validate the data, calculate eligible CFR credits, and maintain a complete auditable record. The MVP should include customer, site, and charger management; charging session and kWh tracking; CFR and CO2e calculations; duplicate detection; audit trails; reporting dashboards; secure user access; and a scalable database architecture. Experience with EV charging, carbon credits, Canadian CFR, energy data, or auditable platforms is highly preferred.
