CPA Needed ASAP – Independent Nonprofit Financial Statement Review

We are a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit seeking a U.S.-licensed CPA to perform an independent review of our 2025 financial statements for a Florida charitable registration requirement. Our 2025 financial statements and Form 990 have already been prepared. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) requires organizations at our contribution level to submit financial statements that have been reviewed or audited by an independent CPA. We are seeking a review engagement, not an audit. Our records are organized and available electronically, and we can respond to document requests immediately. We are looking for someone who can begin promptly, as we are working under a Florida filing deadline.
