We need an independent, licensed CPA for a Utah private school scholarship application. We already have a draft agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagement letter. We’re looking for a CPA to review it, make any necessary changes, confirm they can perform the proposed procedures, and sign the finalized letter. This is the last outstanding item for our application, so please include your Utah CPA license status, availability, fee, and estimated turnaround time. We can provide the draft letter for your review.
