California CPA for SSARS Review

SVS Inc., a California S corporation, is seeking a qualified independent CPA firm to perform an expedited formal review of its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. This is not a bookkeeping review, compilation engagement, financial-statement preparation service, or informal CPA assessment. The engagement must be conducted in accordance with SSARS, AR-C Section 90, and result in a signed Independent Accountant’s Review Report providing limited assurance. The reviewed financial-statement package should include: • Independent Accountant’s Review Report • Balance sheet as of December 31, 2025 • Income statement for the year ended December 31, 2025 • Statement of cash flows • Required notes to the financial statements The statements are required for a California public-school-district RFQP. The district requires financial statements that are “audited or reviewed — not compiled.” SVS Inc. maintains its accounting records in QuickBooks. We can promptly provide the financial statements, trial balance, general ledger, 2025 corporate tax return, bank statements, payroll information, and other reasonable supporting documentation. Requirements: • Active United States CPA license • CPA firm authorized to perform a financial-statement review for a California-headquartered corporation • Experience performing SSARS review engagements under AR-C Section 90 • Ability to maintain independence • Ability to issue the signed review report and accompanying financial statements by Monday, September 14, 2026 • Willingness to confirm the complete fixed fee before beginning Please respond only if you can perform and document a formal AR-C Section 90 review engagement within this budget and deadline.
