What you handle: - Making all ad creatives (videos, hooks, copy) - Building, launching, and managing campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager - Killing losing ads and launching new ones anytime - Testing at least 3-5 new creatives every week - A short weekly update: spend, sales, ROAS, and next steps Product rules: - You start with my 3 hero products - If a product spends about $30 with 0 sales, it gets paused - You can recommend new products from my catalog with data on why. I approve before anything launches What I handle: - All ad spend, paid from my own ad account - Member access to my TikTok Business Center - Product info and any store changes you need Pay: - Fixed price shown is a $10 starting milestone for your first campaign setup - Main pay is 15% of ad-attributed revenue (after refunds), paid monthly through Upwork bonuses - 30-day trial.
