Instagram Reels Editor & Content Strategist for Personal Brand I'm hiring on behalf of a creator building a personal brand on Instagram. Her audience is primarily 25–34 across India, the US, and Canada. One of her Reels has already crossed 1.2M views, and we're looking for a consistent editor and content strategist to help grow the account steadily. The content covers lifestyle, skincare & makeup, outfits, daily vlogs, fitness/gym, travel, wedding tips, AI & tech, and career advice. The style should feel warm, relatable, polished, and natural—not overly produced. What you'll do - Edit 12–15 Instagram Reels/month from raw footage - Handle cuts, captions/subtitles, transitions, music, pacing, and basic color correction - Create strong hooks and on-screen text for the first 3 seconds - Identify relevant trending audio, formats, and content opportunities - Help plan a monthly content calendar - Suggest captions, hashtags, and posting times - Review monthly performance and suggest what content to double down on - Deliver edits within 48 hours of receiving footage What we're looking for - Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels, preferably lifestyle, beauty, creator, or personal-brand content - Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - Good understanding of Instagram retention, hooks, and short-form content - Strong communication and comfortable taking feedback - Reliable and consistent with deadlines - Bonus: experience with AI/tech creators or audiences in India, the US, or Canada How we'll work - You'll work directly with the creator for content and feedback - Contract and payments will be handled through Upwork - We will start with a paid trial of 2 Reels - If it's a good fit, we'll move to a monthly retainer for 12–15 Reels + content strategy - Monthly budget after the trial: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and fit To apply Please send: 1. 3–5 Reels you've edited, preferably with view counts if available 2.
