Convert House Plans to 3D Model

Looking for someone to turn my house plans into a clean, 3D-printable model at 1:50 scale. I have a Bambu P1S (256x256mm build plate), so this needs to be designed specifically for FDM printing—solid, watertight geometry, no paper-thin visual render meshes. Project Details: 3 Levels + Garage: Ground, first, and second floor (3 floors total) plus the attached garage. Just the main house structure—no driveway, canopy, or patios needed. Stackable: Each floor needs to stack cleanly on top of the one below it (open cutaway style, where the bottom of the floor above acts as the ceiling). Add a simple stepped lip or alignment pins with about 0.25mm clearance so they locate easily. Splitting for the Bed: At 1:50, the footprint is bigger than the 256mm bed, so each floor will need to be cut into 3 or 4 interlocking sections (keyed with puzzle tabs or alignment pins). Please keep the split lines along walls or doorways where possible so the seams are hidden. Loose Furniture: A basic set of separate, loose furniture pieces scaled to 1:50 (beds, sofa, dining table/chairs, kitchen island/counters, sanitary ware). Just needs to be thickened enough to print flat without falling apart. Open-source models are fine. Inputs: I have clear architectural drawings in PDF and JPEG with dimensions. Deliverables: Watertight .STEP and ready-to-slice .STL / .3MF files.
