Creative Strategist DTC $3k flat + 2% Ad Spend | Direct Response + Performance Creative

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health & wellness niche, currently spending more than $200k/month on Meta. This is a great opportunity for a hungry and motivated Creative Strategist who wants to join a brand early, take ownership and grow alongside the company. We’re looking for someone who understands direct response advertising, copywriting, customer psychology and performance creative. This is not an entry-level role. You should already have experience working with successful 6-figure and 7-figure DTC brands. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven track record of creating or strategising winning ads - Examples of individual ads or concepts you were responsible for that have spent $100,000+ per month - Strong understanding of direct response, copywriting and customer psychology - Ability to research customers, avatars, competitors, pain points, desires and objections - Strong understanding of angles, hooks, mechanisms, offers and creative iteration YOUR ROLE You will take ownership of the creative strategy process, including: - Customer and market research - Developing new angles and ad concepts - Writing hooks, scripts and creative briefs - Analysing winning ads and creating new iterations - Communicating with our video editors and giving clear creative feedback - Working directly with the founder to develop and test concepts We want someone who can understand why an ad works, not just copy it, and turn those insights into new winning concepts. AI EXPERIENCE Our workflow makes heavy use of AI, so you should be comfortable with tools such as Kling, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, HeyGen and similar creative tools. You should be highly comfortable with AI and able to learn new tools quickly. HOW WE EXPECT YOU TO WORK You should be able to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance. Strong communication is also essential. You will work closely with me and our editors to make sure the strategy is translated properly into the final ads.
