Creative Video Production Team / Agency Needed for Corporate, AI & Social Media Videos

Nexus Technoware Solution Pvt. Ltd. (NTSPL) is looking for a highly creative and experienced video production professional, team or agency for an ongoing monthly engagement. We need approximately 10–15 high-quality videos every month covering our company profile, services, solutions, products, industries, case studies and digital marketing campaigns. Our focus areas include: Industry 4.0, Digital Engineering, AI & Automation, Data Analytics & BI, Digital Experience, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Process Services, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Platforms, Enterprise Automation, Digital Government, Enterprise Portals and Business Solutions. We also work across industries such as Mining & Metals, Government & Public Sector, Manufacturing, Infrastructure & Transportation, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail & E-Commerce and Education. Types of Videos Required We regularly need: 20–30 sec corporate advertisements 30–60 sec promotional videos Product & solution explainers Company profile videos Service-focused videos Case-study / use-case videos Social media videos Instagram/Facebook Reels YouTube Shorts LinkedIn promotional videos AI presenter / spokesperson videos Occasionally longer explanatory videos Videos may be required in multiple formats: 16:9 – 1920×1080 9:16 – 1080×1920 1:1 – 1080×1080 4:5 – 1080×1350 The same campaign may sometimes need to be professionally adapted for multiple platforms. AI Video Requirement AI-based video production will be an important part of this engagement. In some campaigns, we may require a consistent AI-generated human presenter/model who can appear across multiple videos and explain our products, features, services and solutions. The selected team should have experience with: Consistent AI character/model generation AI spokesperson videos Natural lip-sync and voice synchronization Image-to-video / text-to-video generation AI-generated industry scenes Product/UI integration Background replacement Cinematic camera movement Character consistency across multiple videos The final output should look professional, realistic and premium, not obviously AI-generated. Creative Expectations We are looking for international-standard corporate and technology videos. The team should be experienced in: Storyboarding, script refinement, cinematic editing, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, AI video generation, product UI animation, infographics, professional typography, sound design, music, voiceover and subtitles. We do not want basic template videos or simple stock-footage compilations. Our preference is a clean, modern, premium and uncluttered visual style suitable for enterprise clients, government organisations and international audiences. Responsibilities The selected team should be able to manage the complete workflow: Concept → Script Improvement → Storyboard → Visual Planning → AI/Stock/Creative Asset Generation → Animation → Editing → Voiceover → Music/Sound Design → Final Output NTSPL will provide product details, service information, screenshots, brand assets and technical inputs wherever required. However, we expect the creative partner to improve the visual storytelling instead of only executing the raw content. Application Requirements Please do not send a generic proposal. Your application must include: 5–10 best relevant video samples Corporate / SaaS / technology / industrial video samples At least 2–3 AI-generated video samples, if available AI presenter / consistent character samples, if available Details of the tools/platforms you use Your usual turnaround time Number of revisions included Your commercial proposal You may mention experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs or similar platforms. Tool choice is not the main criteria. Final creative quality is the priority. Selection Process Shortlisted applicants may be requested to create one paid pilot video based on an NTSPL service or solution. We will evaluate: Creativity, visual quality, storytelling, understanding of technology, AI capability, responsiveness and delivery time.
