Custom Rap Song Video Editor Needed

Summary

I need a video editor to create a polished music video for a surprise wedding gift. I already have a final mixed rap song (~5 minutes), various lip-sync videos for specific verses, and 20–30 short guest clips to use as rhythmic cutaways. The editor will place the rapper clips precisely on their verses, sync guest clips to the beat, add clean transitions. Final export should be 1080p or higher in MP4. This is a time-sensitive project, and the final video is needed within 7 days of project start.
