Summary

I’m looking for a customer success worker to help educate new customers who place orders with Printmoz.com, a custom large-format printing business. The role includes calling customers, introducing our company, and exploring whether there may be additional opportunities for collaboration. You’ll share information about our wide range of products, including banners, signs, decals, and stickers, and provide ideas and inspiration for future projects. This is a U.S.-based role, and I’m looking for someone who speaks English as their first language and can work during U.S. business hours.
