Title: Digital Designer — Website Reskin for UK Health Brand (Design Direction Agreed) Start: Immediately · Commitment: Ongoing, phased Overview We're a UK private blood testing company, trading since 2017 with 15,000+ clients. Our site converts well but looks dated. We've agreed the core direction — white ground, teal-led palette, gold retired, new display typeface, standardised components — and now need a designer to take it across the whole site. Important: we already have developers who handle all technical implementation. WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, PHP, deployment — all covered. We need design, not build. What we need designed • Homepage restructure — full-bleed hero, revised section flow • 8 category pages brought onto one consistent component set • Product and test pages • My Account area — currently dated, needs an app-like feel • Navigation, desktop and mobile • Footer • Pages not yet built: Shop by Symptom, Build a Test, Find My Test, partner pages • Mobile designs throughout, not desktop-only What you'll be given • An agreed palette with usage notes • Typography scale and rules • Component specs — buttons, cards, stat bands, hero treatments • Existing brand assets and photography • Clear feedback, quickly Working with Claude We run our design and build process through Claude, and you'd be expected to work the same way — iterating on designs in Claude, producing visual mockups you can share and revise in-thread, and working from specs we develop there. If you haven't used it, you'll need to be comfortable picking it up straight away. Timeline • Week 1 — one category page designed and signed off, establishing the pattern • Weeks 2–4 — remaining category pages and homepage • Ongoing — account area, new pages, refinements We move fast but we don't rush sign-off. One page agreed before the rest follow. You'll need • A portfolio of e-commerce or health/wellness sites — please include live links • Strong typographic judgement; type is the thing we care most about • Mobile-first thinking — most of our traffic is phones • Ability to work to an established direction rather than restart it To apply, please answer: 1.
