Developer Needed for Customer Review & Loyalty MVP

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build an MVP for a customer review and loyalty platform for small businesses. The goal is to create a simple mobile-friendly customer experience that begins with a business-specific QR code. A customer scans the code, interacts with a short web-based flow, and can be directed to leave a Google review. The system should also be able to present the customer with an offer or incentive for a future visit. For the MVP, I am looking for: • Business-specific QR codes/links • Mobile-friendly customer flow • Basic customer information and feedback collection • Integration/linking with Google reviews • Ability to generate or display a return-visit offer • Basic database/storage of customer activity • Ability to export or summarize activity so I can provide businesses with a monthly report • Simple administration for adding and managing participating businesses I am intentionally keeping the first version lean. I do not need a complex analytics dashboard or native iOS/Android apps at this stage. I am looking for someone who can help define the technical architecture as well as build the MVP. The system should be designed in a way that could eventually support many businesses if the concept proves successful.
