Summary

Digital Product Strategist — Adult Creator Economy We are looking for an exceptional Digital Product Strategist with a deep understanding of the adult creator economy, digital monetization, creator brands, and online product ecosystems. This is not a conventional employment role. We are looking for a strategic partner who can help us build a long-term digital-product infrastructure for adult performers and creator brands, turning their existing audience, content, expertise, personality, and brand into professionally structured digital products that can generate recurring revenue. The ideal person understands that the opportunity is not simply to “make a product.” The opportunity is to build a complete product system around each performer. The Opportunity For each participating performer, you will help design and establish a digital-product ecosystem tailored to their individual brand. You will identify what their audience is willing to buy, determine which products make commercial sense, develop the product strategy, coordinate or contribute to product creation, structure the customer journey, and work with our team to launch and optimize the products through the performer’s branded website. The objective is to create a repeatable system that can take a performer from audience → product → sale → customer relationship → additional products → long-term digital revenue. You will be compensated through revenue participation rather than relying primarily on a conventional fixed salary. For every qualifying digital-product sale: The performer receives 50%. The company receives 45%. The Digital Product Strategist receives 5%. Your five-percent participation applies to the sales generated by the digital-product systems you are responsible for developing and managing. As the product portfolio grows, your revenue participation can therefore grow alongside the success of the creators and the company. Long-Term Partnership We are looking for someone who thinks beyond immediate compensation. This is intended to become a long-term professional relationship. A strategist who consistently demonstrates exceptional performance, strategic value, product ownership, commercial thinking, and commitment to the ecosystem may be considered for expanded responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and potentially equity participation in the relevant project or business structure over the long term. We want someone who understands the difference between building something for a quick commission and building an asset that can continue generating value for years. Your Core Responsibility Your responsibility will be to build the digital-product system for each performer from strategy through execution. You will work with the performer and our internal team to understand their brand, audience, positioning, content library, strengths, interests, boundaries, and commercial opportunities. You will then translate that understanding into a structured digital-product strategy. This may include digital guides, educational products, premium content experiences, memberships, exclusive digital experiences, instructional products, creator-led resources, branded digital products, downloadable products, courses, communities, or other lawful digital products appropriate to the individual performer and platform. The exact product should be determined by audience demand and commercial strategy rather than forcing every performer into the same template. Product Strategy You will research and identify product opportunities for each creator. You will analyse the creator's existing audience, content, engagement, positioning, competitors, customer behaviour, and monetization opportunities. You will determine what should be created, who the product is for, why the customer would purchase it, what problem or desire it addresses, how it should be positioned, and how it should be priced. You will develop product concepts, product roadmaps, launch strategies, upsell opportunities, cross-sells, bundles, and future product opportunities. You will continuously look for ways to turn one successful product into an expanding product ecosystem. Product Development You will help take products from concept to commercially usable products. You will define product specifications, content requirements, formats, customer experience, deliverables, pricing, packaging, positioning, sales copy, product pages, launch assets, and fulfilment requirements. Where specialist production is required, you will coordinate with the appropriate people, including designers, writers, editors, photographers, videographers, developers, marketers, and other creative professionals. You do not necessarily need to personally perform every production task. You must, however, be capable of directing the process and ensuring that the final product meets the intended commercial and quality standard. Digital Infrastructure You will work with our development team to establish the technical system required for each product. This includes helping define the product catalogue, product pages, checkout experience, customer accounts, fulfilment, automated delivery, analytics, creator attribution, revenue tracking, and reporting. You will ensure that every product has a clear path from discovery to purchase to delivery. You will also work with the technical team to ensure that the correct revenue-sharing rules are implemented. The current commercial structure is: Creator: 50% Company: 45% Digital Product Strategist: 5% The strategist must understand how the commercial structure works and ensure that product attribution and reporting accurately identify which products and sales belong to each creator and strategist. Website and Store Integration Each performer may have their own branded website or digital storefront. You will work with the development team to ensure that the products you develop are properly integrated into the relevant website. This includes product presentation, descriptions, pricing, purchase flows, promotional campaigns, customer journeys, and post-purchase experiences. The goal is to make the system feel native to the performer's brand rather than like a generic third-party store. Audience and Market Intelligence You should be able to look beyond the creator's existing audience. You should understand what audiences are actually buying, what competitors are offering, what products are underserved, what trends are emerging, and where commercial opportunities exist. You should be comfortable conducting market research, analysing competitors, studying customer behaviour, interpreting engagement data, and converting those findings into product decisions. We are looking for someone who can answer not only “What can we sell?” but “Why would people buy this, how much would they pay, and how do we build a system that makes them want the next product?” Adult Industry Expertise Experience within the adult industry is strongly preferred. You should understand the business models, audience dynamics, creator economics, branding considerations, content monetization, privacy considerations, platform restrictions, payment considerations, and commercial realities of adult performers and adult creator businesses. You must understand that every performer is a brand and that their digital products must be developed around their individual identity, audience, positioning, boundaries, and commercial objectives. You must also understand the difference between adult entertainment content and the broader creator economy surrounding an adult performer. The role is focused on lawful digital commerce, product development, creator monetization, audience development, and brand building. All work must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, payment-provider requirements, age restrictions, consent requirements, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and other relevant regulations. Creator Collaboration You will work directly with performers. You must be comfortable interviewing creators, asking intelligent questions, understanding their personalities and strengths, identifying commercially valuable knowledge or content, and translating that into products. You should be able to communicate ideas clearly without imposing a generic product onto every creator. The strongest strategist will make the creator feel that the product was built specifically for them. Content Production Network Being based in South Africa is not mandatory. However, South African candidates have an advantage if they already have access to a reliable photography, videography, studio, editing, design, or production network. Where appropriate, we may coordinate professional content production for performers, including photography and video shoots. If you already have relationships with photographers, videographers, studios, makeup artists, stylists, editors, designers, or production teams, that is a significant advantage. You will not necessarily be responsible for physically producing every piece of content, but you should be capable of coordinating the people required to produce it. Commercial Optimization Launching the product is only the beginning. You will monitor sales performance, conversion rates, customer behaviour, product feedback, refunds, repeat purchases, average customer value, and other relevant metrics. You will identify what is working and what is not. You will continuously improve product positioning, pricing, packaging, marketing angles, sales pages, customer journeys, and future products. The objective is to build products that become increasingly valuable and profitable over time. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with commercial intelligence. You should be strategic, analytical, entrepreneurial, highly communicative, commercially aware, organized, curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You should understand digital products rather than simply digital content. You should understand audiences rather than simply social media. You should understand monetization rather than simply marketing. And most importantly, you should understand how to turn a creator's existing influence into a sustainable digital business. Experience That Would Be Valuable Experience in adult creator businesses or adult entertainment is highly advantageous. Experience in digital product strategy is highly advantageous. Experience with creator monetization is highly advantageous. Experience with e-commerce or digital storefronts is highly advantageous. Experience with online courses, memberships, communities, downloadable products, premium content, or subscription businesses is valuable. Experience with marketing funnels, conversion optimization, customer research, CRM systems, analytics, or sales psychology is valuable. Experience coordinating creative production teams is valuable. Experience working with performers, influencers, models, musicians, coaches, educators, or other personal brands is valuable. Formal qualifications are not the primary consideration. Demonstrated ability is. What You Must Be Able to Do You must be able to take a creator with an audience and identify realistic digital-product opportunities. You must be able to turn an idea into a product specification. You must be able to build a product roadmap. You must be able to coordinate production. You must be able to work with developers to establish the required digital infrastructure. You must be able to work with creators directly. You must be able to analyse sales and audience data. You must be able to improve products after launch. You must be able to think commercially. And you must be able to build systems that can eventually be replicated across multiple performers. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity. The Digital Product Strategist receives five percent of the revenue generated from each qualifying digital-product sale attributable to the product systems they develop. The creator receives fifty percent. The company receives forty-five percent. The revenue-sharing model is designed to align everyone's incentives. When the creator succeeds, the strategist succeeds. When the product portfolio expands, the strategist's earning potential expands. When the system becomes more valuable, everyone participating in that system benefits. Payment processing fees, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, and other applicable costs will be handled according to the final commercial and contractual structure established for the platform. Long-Term Potential We are specifically looking for someone who wants to build. The immediate opportunity is revenue participation. The long-term opportunity is much larger. As the ecosystem develops, exceptional contributors may be given responsibility for larger creator portfolios, product divisions, strategic initiatives, team leadership, or new business opportunities. Individuals who demonstrate exceptional long-term value and commitment may also be considered for equity participation in the relevant project or business structure. Equity is not guaranteed and would be subject to separate evaluation, agreements, vesting arrangements, and applicable legal requirements. Location South Africa is preferred but not mandatory. Remote candidates may apply. Candidates with access to South African creative-production networks are strongly encouraged to apply. International candidates with significant adult-industry experience, digital-product expertise, or established creator-economy networks are also welcome. Who Should Apply You should apply if you have looked at a creator's audience and immediately thought: “There is a business here.” You should apply if you naturally think in products, systems, customer journeys, monetization, positioning, and long-term value. You should apply if you understand the adult creator economy and know how to operate professionally within it. You should apply if you are entrepreneurial and want your compensation to grow with the value you create. You should apply if you want to build something rather than simply complete assignments. And you should apply if you are looking for a long-term relationship where exceptional performance can eventually lead to significantly greater responsibility and potentially equity. Application Please submit your CV or professional profile along with a brief explanation of your experience in digital products, creator monetization, e-commerce, adult entertainment, or related industries. Include examples of digital products, campaigns, creator businesses, funnels, storefronts, communities, or monetization systems you have personally helped develop. If you have previously worked with adult performers, models, influencers, subscription creators, or other personal brands, explain your role and the commercial results achieved. Most importantly, include one example of a digital product you would create for an adult performer and explain why you believe their audience would buy it. We are not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We are looking for someone who wants to help build an ecosystem.
