Dutch-Speaking IT Talent Sourcer / Recruiter – Remote

We are Detapro, a Dutch IT staffing company, and we are looking for a freelance Talent Sourcer to support us in finding IT professionals in the Netherlands. We are specifically looking for someone who speaks and writes **Dutch fluently**. Candidates from Suriname or other countries with strong Dutch language skills are very welcome. ### What will you do? Your main responsibility is to find suitable IT professionals for our open positions and make the first contact with them. You will: * Search for candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms * Identify candidates who match our vacancy requirements * Approach candidates **on behalf of Detapro** * Follow up with candidates who don't respond initially * Have the first written conversation with interested candidates * Check whether there is genuine interest in the vacancy * Hand over interested and qualified candidates to us You do **not** need to conduct interviews or manage the full recruitment process. Once a candidate is interested and willing to have a phone conversation, we take over. ### Important: you will represent Detapro We are not looking for an external recruitment agency. We want you to work as an extension of our team and communicate with candidates **as a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter for Detapro**. You may receive a Detapro email address and will use our communication style, vacancy information and templates. ### Who are we looking for? You: * Speak and write Dutch fluently * Have experience with LinkedIn sourcing, recruitment, lead generation or outbound sales * Know how to search efficiently using keywords and Boolean searches * Are comfortable approaching people proactively * Communicate professionally and naturally * Work independently * Are accurate when assessing whether someone matches a profile Experience recruiting IT professionals (Cloud, Infrastructure, System Administration, DevOps, Microsoft/Azure, etc.) is a big plus, but not necessarily required. ### Compensation This is an hourly freelance position with an additional **success bonus**. You will receive: * Your agreed hourly rate for the sourcing work performed * A **€500 success bonus** for every candidate sourced by you who is hired by Detapro and actually starts employment with us We are looking for a long-term cooperation. This means that a successful sourcer can earn additional bonuses for multiple hires throughout the year. The recruitment process after the initial sourcing stage — phone calls, interviews, offers and contracts — will be handled by Detapro. For the first weeks, we will start with a limited number of hours as a paid pilot.
