Edit Audio Files for Video Game

I’m looking for an experienced audio editor to clean up and organize approximately 5,000 short voiceover (VO) files for a video game. The individual recordings are very short, averaging under 5 seconds each. SCOPE OF WORK • Each recording file has roughly 10-15 separate lines on it. 90% of the time each line is already selected, so no multiple takes to go through. Create a file for each line. • Listen to each VO file and remove any obvious clicks, pops, mouth clicks, or similar distracting audio artifacts. • This is NOT a mixing or mastering project. I am not looking for extensive EQ, compression, noise reduction, breath removal, or other processing. If a recording is already clean, it should simply be left alone. • Rename each finished audio file according to a supplied script. The script will contain the required filename associated with each line of dialogue. • Maintain the original audio format and specifications. • Verify that all files are accounted for and correctly named before final delivery. There are approximately 5,000 files, but because the average recording is under 5 seconds, the total amount of recorded audio is less than 7 hours. ACCURACY IS VERY IMPORTANT Correct file naming is just as important as the audio editing. These files will be used as individual production assets, so filenames must match the supplied script exactly. I would prefer someone who has an efficient workflow for handling and batch-renaming large numbers of files rather than manually typing thousands of filenames. EXPERIENCE Experience with Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, Pro Tools, Reaper, or similar professional audio-editing software is preferred. Experience cleaning dialogue, voiceover, game dialogue, animation dialogue, ADR, or other large batches of short audio assets would be particularly helpful. BUDGET I am looking for a fixed-price quote for the complete project rather than a per-file or per-minute rate. Before awarding the complete project, I would like to provide a small batch of sample files and the corresponding portion of the script so we can confirm the workflow, audio quality, and filename accuracy.
