AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & Enterprise AI Solutions

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade AI and machine-learning solutions. The role will involve building AI assistants, RAG solutions, conversational querying, agent workflows, retrieval and grounding capabilities, and AI validation controls across multiple business use cases. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance AI assistants across multiple enterprise use cases. Implement conversational query, retrieval, grounding, evidence presentation, and agent orchestration capabilities. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and knowledge sources. Develop validation and evaluation mechanisms to improve answer accuracy and reduce unsupported responses. Build reusable AI platform components and services. Support testing, benchmarking, UAT, deployment, monitoring, and technical documentation. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Architects, and business SMEs. Required Experience Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI solutions. Strong Python and API development experience. Experience with structured data, retrieval techniques, and LLM/model evaluation. Experience with Azure AI and data services or equivalent enterprise platforms. Good understanding of security, access control, logging, monitoring, and responsible AI. Preferred Experience Azure Databricks, ADLS, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry Natural-language querying over structured data. RAG, agent orchestration, grounding, evidence binding, and LLM evaluation. Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production environments.
