Job Description:I am an established entrepreneur managing multiple small businesses with a combined gross income of approximately $400,000. For the past several years, my bookkeeping has been tracked manually via complex Excel spreadsheets. I am looking to completely modernize my financial life by transitioning entirely to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Project Scope:QBO Setup: Assist in selecting and structuring a single QuickBooks Online Plus subscription capable of tracking multiple businesses using Classes/Tags.Historical Clean-Up: Import historical bank data via CSV/Excel exports for 6–7 interconnected accounts for the year 2026 (January through September).Chart of Accounts: Build a clean, logical Chart of Accounts that cleanly separates personal living expenses (Owner's Draws) from legitimate business expenses.Reporting: Deliver clean, audit-ready Profit & Loss statements by business unit and a Statement of Cash Flows.Requirements:Must be an established Agency with verified case studies of complex QuickBooks clean-ups.Deep proficiency in US GAAP, tracking co-mingled accounts, and managing inter-account transfers.Strict data security protocols (must work entirely within my QBO environment; no direct bank access will be granted).Ability to deliver clean reports that I can hand off directly to my trusted, long-term US-based CPA for tax filing.To Apply: Please begin your proposal with the words "Clean Sheets" so I know you read this full description.
