Experienced Bookkeeper Needed for Construction Company

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage financial records for our construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and generating financial reports. Attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software are essential. If you can help us maintain accurate financial records while adhering to deadlines, we want to hear from you! Initial support needed: reconcile business checking account by month in Intuit QBO so client can get an idea of his company performance. Ongoing: provide monthly expense reconciliation (ensuring accurate classification and amounts) in order to generate timely financial reports in QBO. Client is located in Maryland, USA. Working hours are not required to match US hours.
