Experienced Wikipedia editor to expand a university article (disclosed paid editing)

I'm looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor to substantially expand an existing English Wikipedia article about a university. The specific institution will be shared with shortlisted candidates. This is disclosed paid editing done in line with Wikipedia's Terms of Use and the WP:PAID and WP:COI guidelines. You will be required to declare the paid relationship on your user page and the article Talk page. If you are not comfortable working under a paid-editing disclosure, please don't apply. Scope: The article already exists, is a few thousand words long, and has around 30 references. I want it expanded with well-sourced, neutrally written content on areas such as history, academic programmes, research, leadership, campus, partnerships, and rankings. All additions must rest on reliable independent secondary sources (major news outlets, academic publications, ranking bodies), not just the institution's own website or press releases. Promotional language will be rejected. Deliverables: Payment is milestone-based and tied to outcomes, not drafts. Milestone 1 : sandbox draft of the expanded article with inline citations to reliable independent sources, plus the paid-editing disclosure posted on your user page and the article Talk page. Milestone 2 : the proposed content is accepted and live in the article, having gone through the Talk page edit request process or, where appropriate, direct editing after disclosure. Released once the content has remained in the article for 14 days without being reverted. You will be expected to respond to reviewer feedback and revise the draft as needed to get it accepted. Content that is declined by the community because it fails NPOV, sourcing, or notability standards is not paid for. Content that is reverted for reasons outside your control (for example, a later unrelated dispute on the page) still counts as accepted if it survived the retention window. Requirements: An established Wikipedia account (share your username so I can review your contribution history); demonstrable experience with disclosed paid editing or COI edit requests, with examples; strong grasp of WP:NPOV, WP:RS, WP:NOR and citation templates; fluent English. Experience with university or organisation articles is a plus.
