Fixed-price: complete AI image bank for a luxury fashion label — 634 style×colour units, 1 packshot + 3 lookbook images each (Nano Banana, Fashn.ai, Photoshop), paid per batch of 10

We are a contemporary luxury fashion house (silk shantung, leather) building, once and for all, a complete image bank: for every style in every colourway — 634 units across 69 styles — one packshot and three lookbook images, to one consistent, luxury-level visual standard. Fixed price, paid per validated batch of 10 units. If it goes well, it continues as light recurring maintenance (about one day per week). The brand name is shared with shortlisted candidates. SCOPE (634 units = 2,536 images, prioritised spreadsheet provided, worked in this order) - Phase 1 — 90 units: shop listings with no image at all. Produce 1 packshot + 3 lookbook images. - Phase 2 — 181 units: listings already online. Harmonise to the written standard (background, ratio, image order, naming, alt text); complete each set to 1 packshot + 3 lookbook images. - Phase 3 — 363 units: colourways not yet on the shop. Produce 1 packshot + 3 lookbook images for the bank. HOW THE IMAGES ARE MADE (our procedure, followed exactly, style by style) - Packshot: one base packshot per style, then one recolour per colourway with Nano Banana (Gemini) using our prompt templates and a real photo of the colourway as reference; or generate the packshot from lookbook photos; or build it from a flat-lay phone photo we supply. No real reference of the colourway = no packshot (you flag it, we supply the reference). - Lookbook: 3 images per unit — front, back or three-quarter, and a detail or seated/second pose — generated with Fashn.ai virtual try-on from the validated packshot, following our model, pose and light references. We provide Fashn.ai access if needed; if you have a better tool that meets the acceptance criteria, propose it. - Upscale (Camera Raw Super Resolution, Topaz or equivalent), name files exactly as specified, write the alt text, deliver into the shared Google Drive bank (one folder per style, one file per colourway and view) with a self-check list ticked for every image. - You never touch the shop back office: publishing is done on our side after validation. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (fixed price, escrow per milestone) - Milestone 1 (qualification): 3 units covering the three cases (recolour, generate from lookbook, complete an existing set), 4 images each — USD 6. Released only if all 3 pass the acceptance criteria. This milestone decides whether the project continues. - Then one milestone per batch of 10 units (40 images) — USD 20 per batch, 65 batches in total, released when the batch is validated. Rejected images are redone within the same milestone before the next batch opens. - Two consecutive rejected batches end the contract. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (definition of done, checked image by image) 1. Garment fidelity: neckline, sleeves, seams, topstitching, buttons, hem, length, silhouette width identical to the reference at 100% zoom. Any invented or altered detail = rejected. 2. Colour: no visible shift versus the real photo of the colourway; silk shantung never rendered as shiny satin or flat cotton; leather grain preserved. 3. No artefacts: no halo, cut-out edge, double shadow, warped hands, ghost text or plastic skin smoothing. 4. Standard: background, ratio, resolution, image order, file naming and alt text exactly as written in the standard we provide. One naming error = batch returned. 5. Tracking: the spreadsheet row is filled (source used, status, Drive link, date) for every unit. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Hands-on experience with Nano Banana / Gemini image editing or an equivalent edit-mode model, and with a virtual try-on tool (Fashn.ai or similar). - Photoshop for clean-up and upscaling. - An eye for luxury e-commerce imagery: chalky white, soft diffuse light, no glossy commercial look. - Extremely methodical: you work from a spreadsheet, one batch at a time, questions grouped at the end of each batch, and you never deliver an image you have not compared side by side with its reference. - Working English; French is a plus. CONFIDENTIALITY Product images, references and prompts are confidential. No portfolio use without written consent. All delivered files are our property on payment (Upwork terms). TO APPLY Answer the screening questions and attach 3 before/after examples from your past work where a garment was recoloured or a packshot generated and the garment stayed 100% identical, plus one virtual try-on example.
