Freelance Layout & Versioning Support

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to support us with a substantial amount of layout and versioning work over the coming week. This is not a branding or concept development assignment. Our visual identity is already established, and we have a clear direction for how it should be applied across our materials. What we need is someone who can take that existing universe and carefully, consistently and efficiently roll it out across a large number of files. The work will primarily involve: •⁠ ⁠Creating and adapting layouts based on existing designs and templates •⁠ ⁠Versioning a substantial amount of content across different documents and formats •⁠ ⁠Working with Word and PowerPoint and preparing final PDFs •⁠ ⁠Ensuring consistency in typography, spacing, hierarchy and overall visual expression •⁠ ⁠Taking great care with details across a large volume of files The English text is already prepared and will form the master content for the materials. Once the English versions are established, the same layouts will subsequently be used for additional language versions. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, good visual judgement and the patience to take real care of a large body of material — without feeling the need to redesign what is already there. Timing is important: we are working towards a deadline and need someone who has significant availability during the coming week and can move quickly with us.
