Smart Contracts Writes Solidity like it's second nature Tests with Foundry or Hardhat - real tests, not smoke tests Knows gas optimization isn't optional Has deployed to mainnet - and can prove it Understands that an audit isn't a formality Knows reentrancy, oracle manipulation, and access control attacks from experience, not from a blog post Frontend React / Next.js with TypeScript Wires wallets properly - wagmi + viem or ethers.js Handles transaction states, errors, network switching like a professional Builds UIs users don't need a manual to use Backend Node.js - real APIs, not toy servers Postgres or Mongo - schema design, not just queries Indexes on-chain data - The Graph, Ponder, or rolls their own Knows when off-chain logic belongs off-chain As a Person Communicates clearly. In English. In writing. Says "I don't know" when they don't know. Then finds out. Pushes back when something is a bad idea. We want that. Doesn't disappear. Doesn't ghost.
