GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert for Contractor CRM, AI Employee & Automation

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to build and optimize a complete CRM and automation system for a contractor business. The ideal freelancer should have strong hands-on experience with GHL CRM, pipelines, workflows, AI employees, lead management, calendars, forms, SMS/email automation, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities: -Set up and customize the GoHighLevel CRM -Build contractor-specific pipelines and lead stages -Create automated lead follow-ups via SMS and email -Set up AI Employee / AI-powered lead communication -Configure calendars, forms, surveys, and appointment workflows -Build lead nurturing and missed-call text-back automations -Set up workflow triggers, tags, custom fields, and smart lists -Integrate required third-party tools and services -Test and optimize the complete automation system -Provide documentation and ongoing support Requirements: -Proven GoHighLevel development experience -Strong knowledge of GHL workflows and automation -Experience building CRM systems for contractors, home services, or similar businesses -Experience with AI Employees, AI agents, or conversational AI -Strong understanding of lead generation and follow-up systems -Ability to work independently and communicate clearly -Must be able to share relevant GHL projects or examples
