PARTNERSHIPS & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE Canadian Healthcare Resource | Remote | Paid Per Assignment + Growth Potential We are building a growing Canadian healthcare-navigation resource and already have interested community organizations, healthcare groups and service providers requesting meetings, presentations and information. We are looking for a confident, polished representative who can step into those conversations, represent the organization professionally and help turn interest into real relationships. This is not a cold-calling VA role and it is not simply reading slides. You will be meeting with organizations that may be interested in sharing our resource, inviting us to present, adding us to their resource pages, referring community members, including us in newsletters or exploring a partnership. You should be someone who can naturally lead a professional conversation, ask good questions, understand what the other organization needs and confidently move the conversation toward a useful next step. INITIAL WORK The role begins on a paid-per-assignment basis. Most initial assignments will involve an EXISTING WARM CONTACT or organization that has already expressed interest. A typical assignment may include: • Reviewing the organization before the meeting • Reviewing our website and meeting objectives • Preparing using materials we provide • Leading a 20–30 minute Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting • Explaining and demonstrating the resource clearly • Asking thoughtful questions about how the organization supports its community • Identifying realistic opportunities to work together • Agreeing on a clear next step where possible • Sending or preparing one professional follow-up email • Providing a short written meeting summary Potential outcomes may include: • Resource-page placement • Website backlink • Staff presentation or webinar • Newsletter or member-resource inclusion • Community referral pathway • Staff use of our resource • Partnership discussion • Introduction to another relevant decision-maker WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: • Community partnerships • Stakeholder engagement • Healthcare outreach • Nonprofit or community outreach • Business development • Account management • Public relations • Client-facing presentations • Training or facilitation • Community engagement You must: • Speak clear, professional English • Be comfortable leading meetings independently • Be confident speaking with managers, directors and community/healthcare professionals • Be comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Teams • Know how to ask questions rather than simply deliver a script • Follow up reliably • Be able to recognize partnership opportunities without overselling • Be comfortable saying “I’ll confirm that and follow up” when you do not know an answer Canadian healthcare or community-sector experience is helpful, but a clinical qualification is NOT required. WORKING ARRANGEMENT Remote As needed initially Meetings generally take place during Eastern Time business hours We will confirm your availability and compensation BEFORE each assignment. Strong performance can lead to: • More frequent meetings • Ongoing relationship management • Outreach and partnership development • Increased weekly hours • Broader responsibility within the organization We are intentionally starting with a smaller number of assignments so we can find someone we trust to represent the organization long term. COMPENSATION For your application, please quote your fee for: • Up to 30 minutes of meeting preparation • One 30-minute virtual meeting • One follow-up email • One short written meeting summary You may quote either a flat assignment fee or an hourly equivalent. HOW TO APPLY Start the first line of your application with: CONNECT Then answer only these 3 questions: 1. What experience do you have leading professional meetings, presentations or partnership conversations? 2. Give one example of a relationship, partnership, client opportunity or stakeholder conversation that YOU personally helped move forward. 3. What would you charge for the assignment described above? SPEAKING SAMPLE Please include a short speaking sample. This can be: • An existing non-confidential presentation clip OR • A simple 45–90 second phone/webcam introduction No editing is necessary. We are evaluating confidence, clarity, professionalism and how naturally you communicate — not video production quality. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a brief PAID mock meeting before representing the organization externally. We are looking for someone serious, dependable and capable of becoming a trusted long-term representative — not someone who simply reads from a script.
