HighLevel CRM Specialist for Real Estate Business

GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Builder for Real Estate Investment Business We're looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM expert** to build and optimize a CRM for our growing real estate investment business. Our business includes: * Real estate wholesaling * Fix & flips * Residential real estate sales * Rental property investing * Lead generation and acquisitions * Disposition and transaction management This is **not** an entry-level GHL position. We're specifically looking for someone who has **already built multiple GoHighLevel CRMs for real estate investors** and understands the workflows involved. ## What You'll Build You'll help create and optimize a complete CRM that includes: * Lead intake and organization * Automated follow-up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail) * Pipeline management * Acquisition workflows * Seller lead management * Buyer list management * Realtor lead management * Investor and private lender tracking * Appointment booking * Task automation * Reporting dashboards * Opportunity pipelines * Forms, surveys, and landing pages * AI and workflow automations where appropriate ## Requirements You must: * Have extensive experience with GoHighLevel * Have built multiple CRMs for real estate investors or wholesalers * Understand wholesaling, fix & flips, real estate investing, and traditional real estate sales * Be able to recommend best practices rather than simply following instructions * Have experience building advanced workflows and automations * Communicate clearly in English * Be available for ongoing improvements after the initial build ## Bonus Experience Highly preferred if you've built systems for: * Investor lead generation * PPC and Facebook lead management * Direct mail campaigns * Cold calling teams * SMS marketing * Appointment setters * Acquisitions managers * Realtors * Rental property businesses * Private money raising Please include: 1.
