Hiring: AI Performance Video Editor 🎬 Looking for a high-level AI video editor to join our DTC creative team and work directly with our Creative Strategist. You must already be strong with: * AI animations * AI song ads * AI short movies / cinematic ads * AI drama & storytelling ads * AI UGC / characters * Other AI-native performance ad formats This is not a role for beginners. I’m looking for someone who already knows how to turn a brief into performance-focused AI ads, not someone who wants to learn on our brand. Output: You must be able to consistently deliver at least 2–3 concepts per day. Our framework: 1 concept = 1 video with 3 hook variations Same body, only the hook changes. Compensation: $40–$50 per concept * 3–5% uncapped of ad spend on each winning ad you create We’ll start with a paid trial, and if the quality and speed are there, this can become a long-term collaboration with consistent volume.
