Instructional Designer for Training Development

We’re seeking an instructional designer to create clear, practical training for internal teams. You’ll turn complex processes into structured learning materials, develop assessments, and support stakeholder alignment throughout the project. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in corporate or professional services environments. You should be comfortable working independently, translating ambiguous workflows into polished training, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content meets business needs. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Asana, and AI tools is important.
