International Schools Researcher - Data & Contact Research

We are looking for a highly capable researcher / data researcher to help build and maintain a large, high-quality database of international schools and senior education professionals across Europe and, potentially, other global markets. The initial focus will be on schools offering IB, British/IGCSE and US curricula, with research covering major international education markets across Europe. What you'll be doing You will research school websites, directories, LinkedIn and other publicly available sources to identify: Relevant international and private schools School curriculum and educational offering Senior school leaders and key decision-makers Professional email addresses and other contact information School websites and LinkedIn profiles Relevant departments and roles, such as Heads/Principals, Deputy Heads, Heads of Teaching & Learning, Technology/Digital Learning leaders, Careers/University Counsellors and Admissions School groups, accreditation and other useful information The work will involve genuine research rather than simply extracting existing databases. We want someone who is comfortable finding information across multiple sources, checking its accuracy and filling gaps independently. The ideal person You will have: Strong online research and data-gathering skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with Excel or Google Sheets Experience researching professional contact information The ability to navigate school websites and staff directories efficiently Good judgement when determining whether a school or contact is relevant Strong written English Experience with international schools, education or B2B research would be a significant advantage Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, email verification platforms, Apollo, Hunter, Clay, Google advanced search or web scraping tools is useful, but research ability and accuracy are more important than familiarity with any particular platform. Initial project We will begin with a paid test project covering a defined group of countries/schools. If the quality is strong, there is potential for this to become an ongoing research role, covering additional countries and continuously updating the database.
