MSA for Value Added Reseller

I run a New Jersey-based IT value-added reseller (VAR) that resells cybersecurity and networking platforms (SaaS subscriptions and hardware) to mid-market and enterprise customers. We buy through distributors and direct vendor agreements and bill the customer ourselves. We also offer managed IT services, which already have their own MSA and SOWs. I need a customer-facing Master Services Agreement built for the resale side of the business. It should work alongside my existing services MSA, not replace it.
