Marketing Coordinator for Real Estate Brokerage

We are a small, but growing real estate brokerage looking for part-time support (10-20 hours/week to start). As the brokerage grows, this position will require full time support and we envision the person who starts in this role growing into it full time and fully owning it. We need someone who can: - take already created templates and make them better (for social media, for emails, and for our market report/property magazine). - Be able to create social media graphics, both from templates and from a blank canvas, and be able to post on social media - Implement/execute clearly defined marketing and social media strategies (your experience and expertise will allow space for you to critique the projects and provide suggestions for improvement prior to going through the motion of implementing)
