Menswear Technical Designer / Pattern Developer for Tailored Pant

I’m developing the first product for a new menswear clothing brand and looking for an experienced technical designer / pattern developer to help turn the concept into a production-ready direction. The product is a men’s tailored pant with a clean, relaxed look and hidden comfort features. The overall design direction is already defined. For the first milestone, I’d like help with: - Technical flats - Preliminary measurements and fit recommendations - Construction feedback - 2–3 possible solutions for a concealed flexible waistband - Technical/manufacturing risks I’m specifically looking for someone with experience in men’s woven trousers, chinos or tailored pants, ideally with a strong understanding of pattern making, fit and garment construction. This is for one product only to start. Please send a few examples of relevant trouser work and let me know which parts of the development process you normally handle.
