Meta Ads Expert for Apparel Ecommerce Experiment

I need a marketing and Meta ads expert to advise on setting up a small apparel ecommerce experiment to maximize learnings and ROAS while evaluating the unit economics of the idea. I’m looking for guidance on best practices for Meta ads setup on Instagram and/or Facebook, ensuring the Meta pixel is configured correctly, and helping shape the brand proposition and early ad concepts.
