Eve Shield Pty Ltd, for the Envirotech Education group (RTO 31871, CRICOS 03094J), seeks an online academic operations, compliance, systems and product development manager to deliver end-to-end assessment of current educational platforms and processes in place, and upgrade the operating systems of the business to enable product scale-up for B2B and B2C clients. Fixed price US$1,111 across four milestones ending with systems and processes audit streamline. Assessment of new or alternative learning management platforms to deliver collaborative projects and students collaboration. Ideally, such that will be available to build students community beyond the date of course completion. AI driven compliance, automation and department dashboards, live registers and an audit-ready evidence set. The one month project aims to identify long term positions, by taking active part in the development of AI integration, BI and dashboards to manage the academic department and to identify compliance gaps and maintain compliance registers against the Standards for RTOs 2025, trainer and assessor matrix, expiry registers (Blue Card, WWCC, visas, insurances), SOPs, HR operations for a distributed contractor workforce, WHS and psychosocial framework, and AI-assisted process automation in Microsoft 365/SharePoint and range of third party tools for education. Essential Experience : - Moodle and other learning management systems. - AI development and integration into education systems. - Compliance systems Desired - Australian work experience is a bonus, especially, RTO compliance experience with ASQA and CRICOS exposure.
