- Business Bay office AED 4,500–5,500/month We are looking for a smart and proactive Operations Assistant to support our Agency Manager and help with the daily running of the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, fast and good at getting things done. What you will do • Help with recruitment and schedule interviews • Research actors, studios, freelancers and suppliers • Contact people by phone, WhatsApp and email • Help organise video shoots and podcast recordings • Research podcast guests and potential partners • Manage follow-ups, schedules and ClickUp tasks • Prepare simple spreadsheets, shortlists and documents • Help with general day-to-day company tasks We are looking for someone who • Speaks and writes very good English • Is organised and proactive • Is comfortable making phone calls • Is good at online research • Can work independently • Is comfortable using ChatGPT and online tools • Has previous office/business experience UAE experience is preferred. This is not a management role. We need someone who can support the team, solve practical problems and make sure things get done.
