Operations & Systems Consultant Needed for Boutique Marketing Agency

Business Operations & Systems Assistant I’m looking for someone organized and tech-savvy to help me set up and organize the online systems for a small growing marketing agency. I need someone who can look at how we currently work, understand what we need, and help me make everything more organized and efficient. The work may include: * Helping me choose the right platforms and tools for project management, client management, files, communication, etc. * Setting up the chosen platforms and organizing them properly * Creating simple workflows and templates * Helping organize our client and internal processes * Finding a simple accounting or financial tracking solution, or creating an Excel/Google Sheets system if that makes more sense * Organizing income, expenses, invoices, team payments, and other basic financial tracking * Identifying anything important that a small marketing agency should have in place * Helping create simple SOPs and processes where needed I’m not looking for a large consulting project or complicated systems. I want simple, practical, and affordable solutions that will make the business easier to manage as we grow. You should be comfortable researching different tools, comparing options, setting things up, and explaining your recommendations clearly. Previous experience with a marketing agency, creative agency, or small service-based business is a plus, but not required. Please include examples of similar work you have done and your hourly rate in your proposal.
