Location: Remote ( Pakistan, India, Egypt) Engagement: Full-Time Availability: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable) Budget: 2000 to 2500 USD / month Timezone: Saudi Contract and Payment: Only Upwork ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 EPPM, and SAP ERP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Integration Development • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Build and manage integrations between Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 EPPM, and SAP ERP • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and web services • Perform data mapping and transformations using XML, JSON, and XSLT • Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize existing integrations • Maintain integration architecture, workflows, and technical documentation 2. SLA Management & Technical Support • Provide SLA-based technical support across integrated systems • Monitor and manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues • Implement permanent fixes and preventive measures • Handle and escalate critical incidents when required • Proactively monitor integrations to ensure system reliability and availability REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or related technologies • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM • Experience with SAP ERP • Experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, or PS modules is preferred • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services • Experience with XML, JSON, and XSLT • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Experience with incident and SLA management • Strong remote communication and documentation skills
