We are an early-stage U.S. product developer preparing to work with a Chinese manufacturing supplier. We need a PRC-qualified attorney experienced in China manufacturing contracts and intellectual-property protection to: Draft a bilingual English/Chinese NNN agreement. Structure the agreement for a Chinese manufacturing counterparty. Address confidentiality, non-use, non-circumvention, IP ownership, subcontractors, derivative/technical developments, permitted disclosure, and remedies. Review the appropriate execution/signature/seal requirements. Advise on appropriate governing law and dispute-resolution/venue provisions.
