Paid Media Monitoring Assistant – 3 Checks Per Day

I’m looking for a reliable assistant to monitor my paid advertising accounts **3 times per day** and complete a simple reporting form after each check. The work involves monitoring: * Google Ads * Meta / Facebook Ads * Campaign spend * Performance changes * CPC / CPM / CTR * Conversions / sales * ROAS * Campaigns or ads that are spending unusually fast * Campaigns that appear to be underperforming * Any unusual changes or potential problems You will be given a **clear form/template** to complete for every scan. ### Schedule The accounts need to be checked **3 times every day**: * Morning * Afternoon * Evening Each check should be completed carefully and consistently. ### What I need I’m looking for someone who: * Has experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager * Understands basic paid-media metrics * Is very reliable and organised * Can spot unusual spending or performance changes * Has good attention to detail * Can follow the same reporting process consistently every day This is an **ongoing position**, not a one-time task.
