Partnerships & Growth for Online Wellness Platform
Worldwide
Practyce is an established online yoga, meditation, and wellness streaming platform with a large library of on demand content, experienced instructors, and a growing international offerings in English, Spanish, and Italian. We have a free membership option (offering about 20% of content on the site for free) and a paid premium membership option (unlimited access). We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands on partnerships and business development expert to help us create and launch new revenue channels over an initial 90 day engagement. This is not a strategy only consulting role and it is not simply a lead generation role. We need someone who can look at our existing business, identify approximately three promising partnership or distribution opportunities, and then actually build and execute those opportunities for us. Our goal is to generate measurable new business and ideally new revenue within 90 days. Potential opportunities might include corporate wellness, strategic partnerships, content licensing, wellness and benefits platforms, hospitality, membership organizations, brand partnerships, affiliate programs, bundles, alternative distribution channels, or other opportunities you identify. We specifically want someone who brings ideas and expertise to the table rather than requiring us to define the strategy for them, and will set them up for us. What you would own: • Review Practyce, our current offering, audience, content library, pricing, and capabilities • Identify and prioritize approximately three partnership, distribution, or alternative revenue opportunities to test • Develop the offers, positioning, pricing, and go to market approach for those tests • Help create the necessary partnership materials, including sales messaging, pitch materials, and a simple B2B or partnerships landing page • Ideally be comfortable using tools such as Lovable, or similar tools to create and iterate on basic sales and landing page materials without requiring significant development resources • Build qualified target lists and identify relevant decision makers • Conduct direct outreach and prospecting • Manage follow up and partnership conversations • Develop proposals and help negotiate and close partnerships • Work with our internal team to get successful partnerships launched • Track results and quickly adjust based on what is and is not working Our primary constraint: We want to leverage the platform, technology, content, and resources we already have wherever possible. We are particularly interested in opportunities that require little or no major product development. What success looks like after 90 days: We have tested multiple new revenue channels, built an active partnership pipeline, launched promising partnerships, and ideally generated measurable new revenue that gives us a clear path to scale. We care much more about commercial outcomes than presentations, strategy documents, or the volume of cold outreach. Who we are looking for: You have experience building partnerships, business development, distribution, or new revenue channels for digital products. Experience in wellness, fitness, streaming, subscriptions, digital content, employee benefits, hospitality, health tech, or adjacent industries is a major plus. You are comfortable operating independently and figuring things out. You can move from strategy to execution quickly. You are comfortable doing the actual outreach and sales work, not just advising someone else on how to do it. You have a track record of turning partnership ideas into real business. Application questions 1. After spending a few minutes reviewing Practyce.com, what are some partnership or revenue opportunities you would be interested in testing first? Why? 2. Tell us about a partnership or new revenue channel you personally helped take from idea through execution. What did you actually do, and what was the result? 3. If your goal were to generate new revenue for Practyce within 90 days while avoiding major product development, how would you approach the engagement? 4. What parts of this process would you personally execute versus recommend that our internal team handle?
