Phone Closer for US School Fundraiser: $165 Per Signed School, No Cap

We are Call Santa (callsanta.us). We do personalized live phone calls from Santa for children at Christmas — not a recording; Santa says each child's name and talks with them about their wishes and the good things they've done this year. We partner with US elementary schools on a Christmas fundraiser: we make the school's page, the school shares it with families, and the school keeps 30% of every call booked. It costs the school nothing. Your job: call US Catholic elementary schools during US school hours, get past the gatekeeper, reach the principal or PTA president, pitch the fundraiser, handle questions and objections, and close the school on signing up. About 40 calls per day. Log every call with a recording and short notes. Requirements: - Excellent spoken English (neutral, clear, professional) - Proven phone-closing experience — you must have closed deals by phone before - Able to work 9am–3pm US Central time To apply, answer all three: 1. What have you closed by phone, for whom, and at what volume? 2. Attach or link a 60-second voice recording of you pitching CallSanta to a school principal. 3. Confirm your availability during 9am–3pm US Central. Pay (fixed-price, per signed school — NOT hourly, NOT a salary): $165 for every confirmed signed school. This job is posted as a fixed-price contract with a $165 budget, where each confirmed signed school is a $165 milestone. No hourly pay, no base pay, no pay per conversation — if the trial produces no signing, you earn nothing. A school counts as signed when: (1) its fundraiser page is live on callsanta.us, (2) the principal confirms in writing the school will email all parents about it, (3) the principal confirms in writing it will be featured in the school newsletter. Commission is paid within 48 hours of confirmation. There is a 3-day trial under these same terms, and no cap on earnings — sign more schools, earn more.
