Photo Retoucher/Editor for Calendar Cover

I’m looking for an experienced photo retoucher/editor to professionally edit one RAW photo that will be used as the cover of a printed 2027 calendar. The photo is an action shot of me running in front of a large stampede of goats coming out of a barn. The final image should feel energetic, crisp, colourful and professional, while still looking completely natural. This is being printed, so preserving the full original image quality and detail is extremely important. Please do not downscale, unnecessarily compress, or soften the image. Final cover dimensions: 12" wide × 9" high — landscape, 4:3 ratio The composition should keep me approximately centered, with me and the goats as the obvious focus of the image. Edits needed General retouching - Work directly from the original RAW file - Preserve ALL possible resolution, sharpness and fine detail - Improve exposure, colour, contrast, dynamic range and overall vibrancy - Keep colours vibrant but realistic - Keep my skin tone natural - Make me and the goats crisp and visually prominent - Preserve the natural action/motion/dust of the scene - Do not excessively smooth, sharpen, blur or create an HDR/artificial look - Do not alter my body, face, pose or the goats - Avoid anything that looks obviously AI-generated Background cleanup There is a person wearing a blue shirt behind me who needs to be removed. I would like two finished versions: Version 1 — Full professional cleanup - Completely remove the person in blue - Naturally reconstruct the area behind him using the existing barn/fence/background - The replacement background must look completely photographic and believable - No obvious cloning, repeating textures, strange edges or AI artifacts Version 2 — Minimal edit - Remove/block out only the person in blue as cleanly as possible - Otherwise preserve the original background and photograph as closely as possible For both versions, me and the goat stampede should remain untouched and retain the original photographic detail. Crop/composition Please create the final cover at: 4:3 landscape / 12 × 9 inches I should remain approximately in the middle of the composition, with the goats surrounding/coming toward the camera. Please maintain enough of the barn/environment to show the scale of the scene. I do not want it cropped so tightly that it loses the feeling of a goat stampede. There also needs to be reasonable room for calendar-cover text, likely toward the upper portion of the photo. Files required Please deliver: 1. Version 1 — professionally cleaned background, full resolution 2. Version 2 — minimal person-removal version, full resolution 3. Both versions cropped to 4:3 / 12×9 4. Full-resolution uncropped versions as well 5. Layered PSD or 16-bit TIFF 6. Maximum-quality JPEG versions for the calendar designer 7. Please maintain the original pixel dimensions wherever possible 8. Do not upscale, resize or compress without discussing it with me first This image will be physically printed, so I will be checking the final files at 100% zoom for sharpness and artifacts. Please include examples of previous RAW photo retouching, object/person removal, or commercial print work if available.
