Help maintain a positive and professional online presence. Report important customer concerns or negative feedback to management. Encourage satisfied customers to leave honest and genuine reviews based on their actual experience. Qualifications: Good communication and writing skills. Friendly, professional, and respectful when communicating with customers. Basic knowledge of Google and social media platforms. Detail-oriented and responsible. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in customer service, social media, or online business management is a plus.
